By visiting this website, joining our Roblox group, joining our Discord server, applying for staff, or participating in Empik Retail activities, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and our community rules.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or participate in Empik Retail community spaces.
You agree to be respectful, honest, and safe when interacting with other community members. Harassment, discrimination, threats, impersonation, exploiting, scamming, spam, and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
Empik Retail staff may warn, mute, remove, demote, blacklist, or ban users who break community rules or create safety concerns.
You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use, Roblox Community Standards, Discord Terms of Service, and Discord Community Guidelines when using those platforms.
Platform actions, suspensions, outages, moderation decisions, or account issues are controlled by Roblox, Discord, or other third-party services, not Empik Retail.
Applications, trainings, ranks, promotions, and staff roles are managed at the discretion of Empik Retail leadership. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, promotion, or continued staff status.
Staff members are expected to follow internal rules, protect community safety, and represent Empik Retail responsibly.
Site text, graphics, community materials, training documents, rank structures, and original Empik Retail creations may not be copied, reuploaded, sold, or represented as your own without permission.
Roblox, Discord, and any third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners. Empik Retail is an unofficial fan project.
Any Roblox purchases, game passes, donations, or virtual items are handled through Roblox systems and are subject to Roblox policies. Empik Retail cannot control Roblox payment processing, refunds, account restrictions, or platform availability.
Virtual perks may change, be removed, or become unavailable as the experience evolves.
Empik Retail is provided as a community experience as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free features, permanent ranks, specific events, specific staff outcomes, or continued availability of any Roblox or Discord service.
We may update, pause, remove, or change community features, policies, ranks, pages, or experiences at any time.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable rules and law, Empik Retail is not responsible for losses, account issues, moderation actions by third-party platforms, user-generated content, service interruptions, or damages connected to use of the community.
You are responsible for your own account security and for the information you choose to share online.
We may update these Terms of Service as Empik Retail changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
